At St. Charles Hotel, Hudson, New York (“Hotel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we want every guest to enjoy a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay. The following Hotel Policies outline important information and guidelines for all guests.

  1. Check-In and Check-Out
    • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
    • Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
    • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in.
  1. Reservation Guarantee
    • Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
    • Non-guaranteed reservations may be subject to cancellation without notice.
  1. Payment
    • We accept major credit cards and cash.
    • A credit card authorization or deposit may be required at check-in to cover room charges and incidental expenses.

  1. Smoking Policy
    • The Hotel is a [non-smoking/smoking-designated] property.
    • Smoking in non-smoking rooms or areas will result in a minimum cleaning fee being charged to the guest’s account.
  1. Pet Policy
    • Pets are welcome in designated rooms, provided prior notice is given. A non-refundable pet fee per stay also applies. Guests are responsible for any damage or disturbances caused by their pets.
    • Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
  1. Children and Extra Beds
    • Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
    • Extra beds or cribs may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional charges.
  1. Parking
    • Complimentary/self-parking is available for registered guests.
    • The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.
  1. Damage and Loss
    • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their visitors, or pets.
    • Charges for repair, replacement, or extra cleaning will be added to the guest’s account.
    • The Hotel is not liable for loss of personal belongings. In-room safes are provided for guest convenience.
  1. Guest Conduct
    • We expect guests to respect staff, fellow guests, and hotel property.
    • Disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or violation of hotel rules may result in eviction without refund.
  1. Force Majeure

The Hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to provide accommodations or services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or emergencies.
